Some details on our lease agreements:

Lease term: The agreement usually extends over 30 years.
Attractive conditions: You receive at least 3,500 euros per utilised hectare, including inflation compensation over the entire term.
Financial security: The dismantling is secured by a dismantling guarantee from a German bank.
Assumption of costs: We assume all notary fees and any legal fees.
Flexibility: A right of cancellation in the event of planning delays is also part of our agreement.
Insurance: You benefit from liability insurance in favour of the lessor.

For CO₂ Owners

For us, CO₂ is not waste, but a valuable raw material for the production of e-methanol. Instead of releasing CO₂ into the atmosphere, which is harmful to the climate, we offer you the opportunity to make a profit from it.

To qualify our methanol as “e” and “bio”, we only use CO₂ from renewable raw materials such as biogas plants, wood chip power plants or sewage sludge incineration plants. Using a CO₂ separator, we extract the CO₂ directly from your plant by means of amine scrubbing.
